When it comes to selecting rings for your wedding day, working with a store that makes the process as wonderful as possible is key. Miner's North Jewelers in downtown Traverse City helped Maire and Tyler find the perfect wedding bands! They worked with Maire's unique engagement ring to find a fit that would not only work with the design, but complement its beauty.
"Our visit to Miner's North was spur of the moment but that didn't stop them from giving us the absolute best customer service! Miner's North is composed of jewelers that are knowledgeable, detail oriented, and have an eye for design. Tyler and I went in there to look at wedding band options. Michelle Brett was so helpful with helping us decide what would be best for us," Maire said.
"My engagement ring has a unique design which makes it very tricky to find a band that will fit it, unless made by the original jeweler," she said, "It seemed like Michelle pulled out every stunning band Miner's North had that might fit my ring."
Miner's North even came up with a solution to Maire's concern about wearing her engagement ring in difficult sitations. "We came to a nearly perfect custom fit for matching my engagement ring with a gorgeous band when Michelle suggested that maybe I get a pretty band to wear by itself to the beach, exercising, or when I don't want to/can't wear my engagement ring," she said, "I loved this idea! I have been looking for a band to wear in situations where it's not safe or can be harmful to wear my engagement ring. I cannot wait to wear that band. It is simple, delicate, but still stunning and beautiful!"

Miner's North donated a ladies 14k white gold diamond channel band with .11cttw G/H Color SI Clarity and a Titanium 7mm Men's wedding band. They graciously allowed Maire and Tyler to apply the value of these bands to the purchase they ultimately made to better suite their needs and specifications, with such a detailed engagement ring!
Their advice for couples in the planning process? "The number one thing is to not wait to order your bands. Selecting and purchasing them in a timely manner makes it easier and stress free so we know we can get them ordered in time for the big day!"
Miner's North loves winter weddings due to the fact that "there are so many couples that get married in the summer that we love to see the different weddings that occur over the winter time!"
"We left Miner's North with excitement and so much more insight on how to care for our wedding jewelry. Michelle didn't just share her knowledge on the jewelry pieces themselves, but also how to care for each one.
